Ice Cream Maker's Instruction Manuals and Ice Cream Recipes

Homemade ice cream.  I first tasted it in Mrs. Kleman's 5th grade science class when she used making ice cream to demonstrated depression of the freezing point of water with salt. Ever since then, I was hooked on homemade ice cream, especially on a hot summer day..  Coldstone Creamery, Brewster's, Dairy Queen, tasteFreeze, and Mr. Softee don't compare!  (Although, like Pavlov's dogs, I still salivate when I hear that inane, tinny jingle of the Mr. Softee truck.  but I digress...

Anyway, if you are like me, your probably bought an ice cream maker and then promptly lost the instruction and recipe booklet. Here are links to a collection of on-line instructions manuals for several popular models of home ice cream makers including the Krups "La Glaciere", the White Mountain Ice Cream Maker, the Donvier ice cream maker and the Richmond Cedar Works ice cream makers. In order to view or print these manuals you must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your web browser. I am currently seeking copies of instruction manuals for several discontinued ice cream makers including Sterling, and Waring.
