·         Interpreted environmental regulations for developing company policies and procedures for the WMI family of companies (CWM, WMI, Wheelabrator Tech, RUST Engineering, Chem Nuclear, The Brand Company, etc.) 

·         Wrote an expert computer system (RCRA-Logicã) using relational databases and programming to provide real-time, interactive problem solving for RCRA/CERCLA  issues.

·         Provided company liaison with US EPA officials on proposed and final rulemaking
